I try to eat a health-conscious diet on a regular basis.
As a result, I eat mostly chicken breast meat, oatmeal, cut vegetables, and canned mackerel.
I freeze and store my chicken breasts cooked in a low temperature cooker and thaw them before eating them. I recommend it quite a bit because it's low cost and tastes so much better there.
I don't seem to be able to eat as many oily or sweet foods these days as I used to. Perhaps it's the effects of aging. Maybe my stomach has become weak.
To begin with, oily and sweet foods are often not good for your health, so I hope I can continue to live a moderate life in the future.
