My Morning Routine

I cancelled my braces appointment that I had about two weeks later.
The reason was that I wanted to consult with other orthodontists and gather more information about them.
I had made my orthodontic appointment rather briskly, but shouldn't I be more cautious because orthodontics takes a lot of time and money? My mother advised me to do so.
In the meantime, I'm going to look into other dentists around the weekend.

I bought a new external hard drive because the one I had been using broke down.
It's 2TB version of My Passport Ultra for Mac. I will use it for Time Machine as a backup for my MacBook.

I bought a refillable bottle (foam type) from <a href="https://www.muji.com/">MUJI</a> to refill my hand soap.
I'd been struggling a little bit with what to use for my everyday hand soap. I've always wanted to make sure it was as additive-free as possible.
So I decided to use my current laundry detergent as a hand soap as well, since it is the type of laundry detergent that doesn't have many additives in it.
Many of the reviews of this laundry detergent said that it was used for other purposes, such as hand soap and facial cleanser, so it's probably not a problem.
One of the reviews said that you can use a refillable bottle from MUJI, so I decided to follow this and buy it.
In fact, it looks good because it bubbles up nicely when I use it. However, when you use it, you need to dilute it with water, but I put the wrong amount of water and used less. And I regretted it a bit.
Next time I'm going to dilute it more.🚰

I try to eat a health-conscious diet on a regular basis.
As a result, I eat mostly chicken breast meat, oatmeal, cut vegetables, and canned mackerel.
I freeze and store my chicken breasts cooked in a low temperature cooker and thaw them before eating them. I recommend it quite a bit because it's low cost and tastes so much better there.
I don't seem to be able to eat as many oily or sweet foods these days as I used to. Perhaps it's the effects of aging. Maybe my stomach has become weak.
To begin with, oily and sweet foods are often not good for your health, so I hope I can continue to live a moderate life in the future.

I don't watch a lot of anime these days, but I used to watch a lot of anime when I was in junior high school and high school, so I'm going to write a little bit about the anime that I liked.

About my favorite anime

I bought a weighted blanket, an insanely heavy blanket.
Apparently, it's the comforter, not the bed mat, that affects the quality of sleep, so I've been curious about it for a while, but I hadn't purchased it, so I took the plunge and bought it.
My first impression is that it's quite heavy, lol. It weighs 6.8kg, which is pretty heavy. It was hard to unfold this.
The actual feeling of using it to sleep was still so heavy that I naturally laughed at it. 😂 It feels pretty much like my body is wrapped up in it. It was quite uncomfortable, so it will take some time to get used to it.
After spending a night with it, I felt like I was getting a good night's sleep, but I'm not sure yet. I'm hoping that using this will improve the quality of my sleep in the future.😤

They have a petite size for 750 yen and a small size for 800 yen, but I chose the petite size this time.
